Company Profile
Starting business in 1989, Ahad Tubeline is a large-scale industrial pipe fittings supplier in China. Our products are far exported to over 36 countries, including Italy, Germany, Spain, America, Brazil, Iran, India, among others. In 2014, we particularly introduced a series of production equipment for manufacturing anti-corrosion or insulated steel pipes and pipe fittings, to extend range of products. The improvement in product structure and quality enables us to offer first-class service to customers all over the world.
Products
Ahad industrial pipe fittings are made up from various materials including carbon steel, alloy, stainless steel, low temperature steel and other metals. They are available in different sizes, shapes and types in accordance with international standards such as ISO, ASME, MSS, API, EN, DIN, BS, GOST, CSA, AFNOR, JIS, GB and more.
Our industrial pipe fittings fall into 6 main categories as shown below:
1. Butt weld fittings (pipe elbows, pipe bends, pipe tees, pipe crosses, pipe reducers, pipe caps and lap joint etc.) We have the capacity to produce diameters ranging from 1/2" to 60" with a wall thickness capacity of up to 200 mm.
2. Industrial flanges (integral flanges, weld neck flanges, slip on weld flanges, plate weld flanges, threaded flanges, socket weld flanges, blind flanges, Loose Plate Flange, orifice flanges, Spectacle Blank and more)
3. Forged fittings (socket weld fittings, threaded fittings, nipple, branch outlet fittings, welding bosses, union joint, just mention a few)
4. Steel pipes
5. High pressure tubing
6. Particular fittings
These products are utilized in a wide range of industries and applications, such as power generation, oil drilling, gas processing, petrochemicals, shipbuilding, papermaking, metallurgy, and pharmaceuticals, among others.
Quality Assurance
As an ISO certified company, we at Ahad are committed to product quality. We carry out thorough inspection and testing procedures for all stages during production. We have expertise in industrial processes such as forging, heat treatment, machining, rolling and cutting etc. For better quality and lower production costs, we have adopted advanced production equipment, including an 800 TON large pipe bending machine, 1600 TON big caliber elbow production line, 3500 TON hot drawing high–pressure tee machine and programmable furnace.
